Ordinance No. 16,112 ORDINANCE NO. 16,112 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, APPROVING A CHANGE IN THE BAYTOWN FIRE CONTROL, PREVENTION, AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES DISTRICT'S FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 BUDGET FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES TO REPROGRAM FUNDS FROM FUND BALANCE TO LEASE - MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT (32007020-56909) IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX AND NO 100 DOLLARS ($94,836.00) FOR THE LEASE PAYMENT OF THE ZOLL ONE PROGRAM; MAKING OTHER REPRESENTATIONS RELATED THERETO; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. ****************************************************************************** BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby approves changes in the Baytown Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District's Fiscal Year 2024-2025 budget for municipal purposes to reprogram NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($94,836.00) from Fund Balance to Lease Machinery and Equipment(32007020-56909) for the lease payment of the Zoll One Program. Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas.
