A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
APPOINTING JUDITH DEBOSE AND AZALIA SPRECHER TO THE PARKS AND
RECREATION BOARD;AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

WHEREAS, Section 2-281 of The City of Baytown Municipal Code of Ordinances provides for
the appointment of the Members to the Parks and Recreation Board(Board);NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas hereby appoints two (2)
member to the Parks and Recreation Board as follows.
A. Judith Dubose is appointed to serve as a Member of the Board with a tern expiring
on August 31,2025;and
B. Azalia Sprecher is appointed to serve as a Member of the Board with a tern
expiring on August 31,2027
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the City of
Baytown this the 27"'day of February,2025.
