A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING FIFTEEN(15)APPOINTMENTS TO THE 2025 BAYTOWN CITIZEN
BOND ADVISORY COMMITTEE; MAKING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED
THERETO; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

WHEREAS, the City of Baytown desires to issue bonds in the November 2025 General Election
for the purpose of funding significant infrastructure projects to support our growing community; and
NUIEREAS,prior to the November 2025 General Election,the City Council of the City of Baytown
desires to create a Bond Committee to assist the City in organizing, researching and preparing potential
projects for consideration in the Election; NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS:
Section 1: The recitals contained in the preamble of this resolution are true and correct and
are adopted as findings of the City Council of the City of Baytown.
Section 2: The City of Baytown hereby appoints the following persons to the 2025 Baytown
Citizen Bond Advisory Committee:
