A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
APPOINTING MIKE FARABEE TO THE ANIMAL CONTROL ADVISORY
COMMITTEE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

WHEREAS, Section 2-512 of The City of Baytown Code of Ordinances provides for the
appointment of the Members to the Animal Control Advisory Committee (Committee); NOW
THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas hereby appoints one (1)
member to the Animal Control Advisory Committee as follows:
A. Mike Farabee is appointed to serve as a Member of the Committee with a tenn
expiring on September 30,2026.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
