A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
APPOINTING DONNA WINFREY, KIM KOSTECK, JANEICE CARROLL AND
MIKE BEARD TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION; AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

WHEREAS, Section 2-320 of the City of Baytown's Municipal Code of Ordinances provides for
the appointment of a Boards of Director to the Planning and Zoning Commission(Commission); NOW,
THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby appoints four(4)members to
the Planning and Zoning Commission as follows:
A. Donna Winfrey is re-appointed to serve as a member of the Commission with a term
expiring on December 31, 2026;
B. Kim Kosteck is re-appointed to serve as the District 2 member of the Commission with
a term expiring on December 31, 2026;
C. Janeice Carroll is re-appointed to serve as the District 4 member of the Commission
with a term expiring on December 31, 2026; and
D. Mike Beard is re-appointed to serve as the District 6 member of the Commission with
a term expiring on December 31, 2026.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the City of
Baytown this the 23'day of January, 2025.
