A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
APPOINTING STEVE JONES,NATALIE ROBINSON,REX ELLIOT,ANDREA RICE
AND KIRK RUSSELL TO THE BAYTOWN POLICE ADVISORY COMMITTEE;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

WHEREAS, Section 2-424 of the City of Baytown's Municipal Code of Ordinances provides for
the appointment of Members to the Baytown Police Advisory Committee (Committee); NOW,
THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas hereby appoints five (5)
members to Baytown Police Advisory Committee as follows:
A. Steve Jones is re-appointed to serve as a Member of the Committee with a tern
expiring on September 30,2026;
B. Natalie Robinson is appointed to serve as the Licensed Peace Office and Mental Health
Professional on the Committee with a tenn expiring on September 30,2026;
C. Rex Elliot is appointed to serve as the District 2 Member of the Committee with a tern
expiring on September 30,2026;
D. Andrea Rice is appointed to serve as the District 4 Member of the Committee with a
tern expiring on September 30,2026;and
E. Kirk Russell is re-appointed to serve as the District 5 Member of the Committee with
a tern expiring on September 30,2026;
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
