A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT RENEWING THE INTERLOCAL
AGREEMENT WITH TEXAS MUNICIPAL LEAGUE FOR THE ANNUAL
PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE PROGRAM; AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT BY THE BAYTOWN MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED SIX THOUSAND
ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO AND NOl100 DOLLARS ($1,306,182.00) FOR THE
ANNUAL PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE PROGRAM FOR
PREMIUMS, REIMBURSABLE LOSSES, ADMINISTRATIVE FEES AND
DEDUCTIBLES; MAKING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED THERETO; AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN MUNICIPAL
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT:
Section 1: That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District,hereby
authorizes the renewal of the Interlocal Agreement with Texas Municipal League for the Annual Property
and Casualty Insurance Program for the Baytown Municipal Development District.
Section 2: The Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District hereby
authorizes payment to the Texas Municipal League in an amount not to exceed ONE MILLION THREE
HUNDRED SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO AND NO100 DOLLARS
($1,306,182.00) for the Annual Property and Casualty Insurance Program for premiums, reimbursable
losses, administrative fees and deductibles.
Section 3: That pursuant to the provisions of Texas Local Government Code Annotated
§252.048,the General Manager is hereby granted general authority to approve any change order involving
a decrease or an increase in costs of FIFTY THOUSAND AND NOf 100 DOLLARS ($50,000.00)or less,
subject to the provision that the original contract price may not be increased by more than twenty-five
percent (251o) or decreased by more than twenty-five percent (25%) without the consent of the Texas
Municipal League to such decrease.
Section 4: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the Board
of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District.
