A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO BMS
CAT FOR EMERGENCY WORK CONDUCTED AT THE HYATT REGENCY
BAYTOWN - HOUSTON CONVENTION CENTER IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED ONE-HUNDRED, FIFTY-THOUSAND DOLLARS ($150,000.00); AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN MUNICIPAL
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT:
Section 1: That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District
hereby authorizes payment to BMS CAT for emergency work conducted at the Hyatt Regency Baytown -
Houston Convention Center in an amount not to exceed ONE-HUNDRED, FIFTY-THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($150,000.00).
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the
Baytown Municipal Development District.
Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District Council of the City of
