A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT ADOPTING THE HYATT
REGENCY BAYTOWN-HOUSTON BUDGET FOR THE 2025 FISCAL YEAR;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT:
Section I:That the budget estimate of the revenues of the Hyatt Regency Baytown-
Houston ("Hoter")and the expenses of conducting the affairs thereof for the 2025 fiscal year as
finally submitted to the Board of Directors by tiie General Manager of Baytown Municipal
Development District,is hereby adopted and approved as the budget estimate of all the current
expenses,as well as the fixed charges against the Hotel for the 2025 fiscal year. A copy of the
budget is attached hereto as Exhibit "A"and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District.
