A RESOLUTION OF THE BAYTOWN MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT, SETTING A DATE,TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE PROPOSED FISCAL YEAR 2024--2025 BAYTOWN MUNICIPAL
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT'S BUDGET; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT OF THE CITY
OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section l: On the 251f1 day of July, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., in the City Hall Council
Chambers of the City of Baytown, 2401 Market Street, Baytown, Texas, the Baytown Municipal
Development District will hold a public hearing giving all interested parties the right to appear and
be heard on the proposed fiscal year 2024-2025 budget.
Section 2: The City Clerk of the City of Baytown is hereby authorized and directed to
cause notice of such public hearing to be published once in the newspaper having general
circulation in the City not less than ten (10) days prior to the date of the public hearing.
Section 3: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the Municipal Development District of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the Municipal
Development District of the City of Baytown this the 27i1' day of June, 2024.
