A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
APPOINTING TWO (2) MEMBERS TO THE BAYTOWN CIVIL SERVICE
COMMISSION, AUBRY SARTORI AND DONALD VALLIER; AND PROVIDING
FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby appoints two(2)members to
the Baytown Civil Service Commission, Aubry Sartori and Donald Vallier.
Section 2: Aubrey Sartori's term expires on January 1, 2027.
Section 3: Donald Vallier's term expires on January 1, 2025.
Section 4: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the City of
Baytown this the 81h day of February, 2024.
