ORDINANCE NO. 15,693 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, APPROVING THE AMENDMENT OF THE BAYTOWN CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT'S FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 BUDGET BY REPROGRAMMING NINETY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($96,550.00) FROM CONTINGENCY/NEW INITIATIVES TO CAPITAL ITEMS FOR THE PURCHASE OF RECON 180 TRAINING SIMULATOR FROM ADS, INC.; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. ****************************************************************************** BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas approves the Board of Directors of the Baytown Crime Control and Prevention District's amendment to the Baytown Crime Control and Prevention District's Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Budget by reprogramming NINETY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY AND 00 100 DOLLARS ($96,550.00) from Contingency/New Initiatives to Capital Items for the purchase of RECON 180 training simulator from ADS, Inc., as more particularly described in Exhibit"A,"which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes. Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas.
