A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
AREA WATER AUTHORITY AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2023-17,
APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN AREA
WATER AUTHORITY (BAWA) ON OCTOBER 18, 2023, TO CORRECT THE
DOLLAR AMOUNT AUTHORIZED FOR THE AWARD OF THE PURCHASE
AND REPLACEMENT OF HVAC UNITS AT THE BAYTOWN AREA WATER
AUTHORITY,LOCATED AT 7425 THOMPSON ROAD,BAYTOWN,TEXAS;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN AREA
WATER AUTHORITY:
Section 1: That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Area Water Authority hereby
amends Section 1 of Resolution No. 2023-17 to read as follows:
Section 1: That, subject to the approval of the City Council of the City of
Baytown, Texas, the Board of Directors of the Baytown Area Water Authority
hereby accepts the bid of American Mechanical Services of Houston, LLC, for the
purchase and replacement of HVAC units at the Baytown Area Water Authority,
located at 7425 Thompson Road, Baytown, Texas, in an amount not to exceed
TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE
AND NOi 100 DOLLARS ($236,455.00)
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the Board of Directors of the Baytown Area Water Authority.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the Board of Directors of
the Baytown Area Water Authority this the 151h day of November, 2023.
