• RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO
WATER SUPPLY CONTRACT-TREATED WATER
THE STATE OF TEXAS §
COUNTIES OF HARRIS §
AND CHAMBERS §
WHEREAS, the City of Baytown, Texas and the Baytown Area Water Authority
have previously entered into that certain Water Supply Contract-Treated Water (the
"Contract"), dated as of January 31, 1977; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Contract in certain respects; therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the Baytown Area Water
Authority that the Amendment to Water Supply Contract-Treated Water attached to and
made a part of this Resolution is hereby approved, and the officers of the Board are hereby
authorized to execute, seal and deliver such agreement in multiple counterparts.
