A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
AREA WATER AUTHORITY EXPRESSING THE INTENT OF BAYTOWN
AREA WATER AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL WATER
SERVICE THROUGH A SEPARATE MASTER WATER METER TO LAKE
MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT SUBJECT TO THE RESOLUTION OF
VARIOUS CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS ACCEPTABLE TO THE
BAYTOWN AREA WATER AUTHORITY; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN AREA
WATER AUTHORITY:
Section 1: That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Area Water Authority hereby
expresses its intent to provide additional water service through a separate master water meter to
Lake Municipal Utility District subject to the resolution of various contract terms and conditions
acceptable to the Baytown Area Water Authority.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the Board of Directors of the Baytown Area Water Authority.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED, by the affirmative vote of the Board of Directors
of the Baytown Area Water Authority this the 16th day of February, 2005.
