A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN AREA
WATER AUTHORITY APPOINTING AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES TO
EXECUTE A SUPPLY AGREEMENT WITH A RETAIL ELECTRIC PROVIDER;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN AREA WATER
AUTHORITY:
Section 1: The General Manager of the Baytown Area Water Authority is hereby designated
as "Authorized Representatives," with full power and authority to execute a supply agreement with a
retail electric provider. The General Manager's jnfgaiiation is follows:

Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the
Board of Directors of the Baytown Area Water Authority.
