AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 TO THE ROSELAND
PARK PAVILION PROJECT WITH COX COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION,
LLC, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO AND NO1100 DOLLARS ($29,262.00); AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council does hereby authorize Change Order No. 3 to the
Roseland Park Pavilion Project with Cox Commercial Construction, LLC, in an amount not to
exceed TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO AND NO/100
DOLLARS ($29,262.00). A copy of said change order is attached hereto,marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof for all intents and purposes.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the
City Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the
City of Baytown this the 9th day of March, 2023.
