A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT APPROVING A BUSINESS
IMPROVEMENT GRANT APPLICATION SUBMITTED BY GRIND AND RISE
INC.;AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT FUNDING UNDER THE BUSINESS
IMPROVEMENT GRANT PROGRAM IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
FORTY THOUSAND AND NO/lOO DOLLARS ($40,000.00);AND PROVIDING
FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT:
Section 1:That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District
hereby approves a Business Improvement Grant application submitted by Grind and Rise Inc.
Section 2:That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District
hereby authorizes reimbursement funding under the Business Improvement Grant Program to Grind
and Rise Inc.for an amount not to exceed FORTY THOUSAND AND NO/lOO DOLLARS
($40,000.00).
Section 3:This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the
Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District.
