A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, ESTABLISHING THE DATE,
TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-
2023 PROPOSED BUDGET; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE
THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT:
Section 1: That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development
District hereby establishes July 14, 2022, as the date for a public hearing on the Fiscal Year 2022-
2023 Proposed Budget. Such public hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled meeting
on July 14, 2022, which commences at 4:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Baytown City
Hall located at 2401 Market Street, Baytown, Harris County, Texas.
Section 2: The Assistant Secretary of the Baytown Municipal Development District is
hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the public hearing to be published in the official
newspaper of the District at least ten(10) days prior to the date of the public hearing.
Section 3: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the Board of Directors of
the Baytown Municipal Development District, this the 2"d day of June, 2022.
